I just wanted to say hello. Im new to MFP.com and I am loving it so far. I have been and down and all around as far as my weight goes. 240 to 170 now back to 207 soo really need to step up my game. I have a wedding in November and would love to be beautiful on my wedding day!!!:smile:

    Hi there and welcome!! I am also new to MFP and am planning a wedding next July , so I know what you mean about wanting to be beautiful. First of all, You are already beautiful - you just want the outside to reflect your insides - just remember that.
