Is there such thing as too much cardio?

I go to the gym 6 days a week at least one-two hours a day. I usually do 40 minutes of Cardio and and and about an hour of strength training.
The reason I ask is because I work at home and get bored on my breaks and lunches. So I was thinking of buying 10-minute trainer by Tony Horton and doing those DVD's during my breaks/lunch.
Is that crazy or a bad idea????

I think it depends on your goals? There's such a thing as overtraining. So, if your focus is to improve your cardiovascular health, it may be possible to overdo it. You'll know it because you'll feel like *kitten* and you'll struggle with workouts you haven't before.0

Oh and 40 minutes of cardio, probably doesn't approach that level for someone reasonably fit. See how you do and if you need to you can ease up a bit.0
