exercise goal calories

Into this program for a week now and have a question if any of you would like to answer.. I have lost a little weight my first week and when i put in the new weight i noticed that my calorie count for the day did not change. Is this the way it is? should i still be eatting those same amount of calories for the lower weight? Ok it's only a couple of pounds but just wondering. Thank you in advance

Yep - the calorie settings are done with your estimated metabolic rate and activity level.
If you lose a dramatic amount of weight it may change, but day to day it shoudl be the same.0 -
