I love this program!! I used the treadmill version to get myself ready for my first 5k last November. Unfortunately, I hurt my foot and couldn't run for a while so I missed the race. But I gained so much confidence simply because now I know I can run a 5k. Maybe not as fast as everyone else, but I'll run it. lol
I've been wanting to try this but it's hard for me to actually get out and run there is a treadmill version? I must find where this is at!0 -
The one I used is called Ease into 5k. It is made by runhelper. I liked it because it doesn't give you a lot of coaching if you don't want it. I mainly wanted to use it to tell me when to walk and when to run. I prefer to listen to my music from my playlist. I highly recommend purchasing the GPS feature if you are going to be running on the road or track as it will tell you distance and split times per mile. Finished mine on time and am now working toward a 10k Hope this helps.0
