Strength exercises for home

I need some basic at home exercises to do for strength training. I was thinking 30min on a Tuesday and Thursday for now.
There's pushups (which I suck at), that tricep thingy using a bedframe (look at my exercise diary for today), ummm..... burpees? Plank and crunches.
Something like that. Is half an hour enough or should I really be trying to set an hour asside?

I would like to know this too! I normally try and do 24 crunches, 36 reverse crunches, at least 30 secs plank, 50 squats holding textbooks, and 18 pushups (measley I know) a day before I shower. I'm not sure how much good they do though...0

Youtube has lots of "Body weight" strength training videos ... no dumbbells required
