Why doesn't the calorie counter include those burned by strength training?

i was wondering the same thing. i have a heart rate monitor watch that counts the calories i've burned so i'll wear that while im doing strength training to get an idea of the amount of calories burned even though it wont say on here. :)

Look for "Strength training" under Cardiovascular exercise. You'll see an entry there... of course, with your HRM, you can enter whatever values you personally generate, instead of just the MFP calculator.
