Getting sick... How do you deal?? Need help

Getting sick is always the demise of my weight loss when I'm on a roll. It always seems to pop up after I've lost a few lbs. the problem is I don't feel well enough to exercise hard and sometimes I feel like skipping altogether. I'm a skip two work outs and fall off the bandwagon type of girl. I don't schedule in off days for that reason. Workout has become an every day thing for me. How do you guys stay motivated enough to work out when you dont feel well?

  • I'm very similar to you. I have to keep consitant or I'm off the wagon. I been battleling this terrible cold the last few days and i have not been able to workout.

    My best advise is to take it easy, rest, catch up your energy and the moment you feel better jump on the workout train again. It is going to take some effort, but think of how much better you will feel, knowing you kept yourself going.
