Recording "Bootcamp" classes?

I recently started taking a bootcamp class and I'm not sure how to track it on MFP. I've been recording it as "circuit training, general", but not sure that's correct. We use medicine balls, kettle bells, weighted rope (like on Biggest Loser), planks (various), table top exercises, and jumping jacks. I've only gone to one class so far, so I'm not sure what other exercises we'll be doing. I want to say it's mainly cardio, with some strength training.

I know all bootcamp classes are different, but what have you recorded it under?

Thanks!!

I burned mad cals at boot camp.
I was around 200 lbs when I started doing them and would burn anywhere between 500-800 an hour.
Just depending on what we did that day. Weights were like 400, running stadiums almost 900.

until you have a heart rate monitor, you'll have to guesstimate.

I record a 45 minute boot camp class as "45 minutes of high impact aerobics". Not sure where that came from, but it seems to fit pretty good for the class I take. It was either that or 45 minutes of a near death experience.

Thanks everyone! I don't have a heart rate monitor, but plan on getting one soon!
