ME and 95 to lose

Former athlete gone couch potato. Now needing to get back on track. Starting weight was 285. Now 2 weeks in I am 277. Looking to go down to 190 by the end of the year. I have been trying to be more active. I coach two youth basketball teams, have constructed my own gym in the basement of my house. Bench with weights, leg curls and extension, rowing machine, bike, and heavy punching bag. Really don't have a routine to do, just will be creative and do what I can. My goal is 90 minutes of exercise daily, how I achieve that will be up to me. Thank you in advance for all the suppourt

    Hi matt. my name is christina. i hope you are sucessful on your weight lost challange but not sucessful enough to beat me at our office weight loss challange. i will be victorious !!!!!!...... muhahaha
