Jillian's Shred It With Weights - Circuit Training or Streng

Has anyone tried Jillian Michael's "Shred It Weights"? If so, how do you log it? Is it circuit training or strength training?

It is a kettle bell 25-minute workout. The workout has three circuits. The packaging sleeve says it is circuit training but there is a lot of weight lifting involved and intense motion swinging with either the kettle bell or dumbbell. There is one minute devoted to cardio but that is pretty much it.

For right now, I am logging as weight/strength training. So is it weight lifting or is it circuit training? Many thanks! :-)

    You can use eiither a kettle bell or dumbell rangin from 3 to 8 lbs. I use 8 lb dumbbell. I strated with a 15 lb kettlebell but it was too intense.

    Log it as circuit training....you will definitely get your heart rate up with this DVD.

    Fast weight training is really just circuit training :) But, its the same thing as strength training :P

    I really have no other contribution to this thread, (when I do it I log as circuit..but sometimes I dont even log it because im too confused)
