Weight Lifting

Hi everyone,
I've been doing MFP for over a month now. I am very impressed with people's results from heavy lifting. I have no desire to lose my curves, but it seems ladies will only appear slim and toned. I would like to be friends with other people who are into heavy lifting so that I can view your diary to get ideas for food. I wonder if it's possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. If you do send a friend request please write a brief message so that I know why you are adding me as your friend

I'm not a heavy lifter, however I am a big advocate of weight training being added into every woman's workout, boost metabolism, strengthens bones, adds definition and being strong0

You lose weight faster when you incorporate weight training into your plan. I'm not into "heavy" lifting but I do go up to 25lbs with the dumbbells depending on the exercise. I also do several exercises using my body weight.0

I've always loved Staci, but now there's another one, you say? (And I used to teach at her university so with that connection I'm destined to be buff like her of course.) I shall check this out.0
