Why is salt not available to add when you build your own recipe? has anyone else notice this issue?? I track my sodium so this is important and I don't like it one bit. How does everyone else add it? please let me know! thanks ;)

I love to know this one to.
  • Did you look under Table Salt, or Spices?
  • Hmm... thats weird...
You could always create it as a new food, or build your recipe minus the salt, then scan it if you have a phone & barcode scanner, so you can still see your sodium intake

thanks guys! I found it! wow that was a lot of sodium! I added it as table salt, now off to fix all my other recipes ;)
  • I am able to add it. I type in Kosher Salt and it comes up by 1/4 tsp to add to my recipes. Try Kosher Salt.

it is actually. Search for table salt and then change the measurement to a "dash" for salting food or it's also got the regular measurements.
