I just started Insanity (week 1 Day 3) and was wondering if theres anyone else doing it...I could use the extra support. Every muscle in my body hurts but I hope that it will pay off

I've found that as time goes on, I'm not really sore. I'm definitely tired, but the big stretches before and after really help!0

I'm in the middle of week 3! Legs are still a little sore (I also stand on my feet for much of the day at work so leg pain is nothing new to me!). But it does get easier, and I can see the changes in my body, which makes me feel great! Add me as a friend if you like!0

I have all the Insanity discs and I love them, they are tough at first but as you go on they get easier! Keep it up, I had awesome results when I did it before - I actually need to get back into it again, since summer is just around the corner!0

Insanity Grad Class of 2011! I've actually done it twice. Stick with it, girl! I love it! Next goal is to tackle the Asylum!!0

Week 6, day 4 tomorrow. Awesome workout.0

I've done P90X 3 times and I absolutely love it, but that being said it took Insanity to really get me in the best shape I've ever been and leaner then I've been in 12 years. It's an awesome program and I'm doing an Insanity/Asylum hybrid after P90X2 which I'm doing now. I started seeing real results after the first 30 days. I lost 12 pounds and two inches on my waist (down to 32). Can't wait to do it again.0

Yay! Finally someone on the same day! Today is week 1 day 3 for me. I'm sending you a friend request0 -
Asylum is the sequel to Insanity, like P90X2 is the sequel to P90X0
-
feel free to add! I'm currently on week 3 and I'm loving it! can't to do Asylum0
-
Add me! I just finished Day 11 today! (Nearing the end of my second weeks!)0
-
The soreness went away for me towards the end of the first week, but it was BAD... I couldn't even use my calves anymore lol0
-
The other thing I noticed: I had been wearing my running shoes the first couple days (like real running shoes...super light), and my feet were killing me. I switched to my cross trainers and my legs and feet thanked me!0

What is Asylum??
Asylum is the next Insanity set. It's only a 30 day challenge, but it's supposedly even more intense than Insanity! My sick little mind HAS to have it! lol0 -
OMGSH! all of you should add me! (i am new here) and i am currently on round THREE of insanity! I LOVE IT AND AM SOOO ADDICTED.
best program I ever did in my life, no lie.
Lost 20 pounds my first round, dropped 2 pants sizes, and my cardio level was just amazing!0 -
If I make it past Insanity then I will have to try Asylum lol0
-
Feel Free to add me. I'm on Day 7 of the Insanity Workout.0
-
starting on month 2 and I have hit the addiction level! You will hurt those first two weeks but stick with it! I dropped a pant size in the first month, can't wait to see what this next month brings! I didn't notice any changes really till last week, so it takes a little and even then, some days I feel the same. More energy though all around, and I can actually do a push-up!0

Push through the pain. It will get better with time. I finished Insanity twice (before I heard of MFP) I was eating like crap and still lost weight. I am doing turbo fire right now, but when I finish that I am going back to Insanity. Good luck0

Thinking about starting Insanity. I didn't like P90X because of the need for bands, weights, etc. I workout with a personal trainer
twice a week lifting weights, so I'm hoping this will be my extra push for the rest of the week. I would be starting either today or tomorrow. I currently eat between 1400-1800 calories..or that's what I am shooting for eating again. Thoughts? Words of advice?
Feel free to friend me0 -
I'm on day 13 of Insanity and absolutely love it!!! I've never tried P90X so I can't compare it to that but I would def give Insanity a shot0
-
I'm in my final 2 weeks of insanity. I plan to do a recovery week then start again Stick with it it's worth it.0
-
I did 4 straight rounds of Insanity when I was actively trying to lose weight (now trying to maintain). I moved on and did one round of Asylum and then started running. Now I either do an Insanity or Asylum workout on my non running days. LOVE it! I would not be where I am without it.0
