Can't change ticker picture?

Anyone tried to change their ticker picture lately? When I click upload photo it does nothing, just takes me back to the choose a ticker style page.

    The same has happened to me, and once I got an error message. I think something's just wonky right now, maybe try again tomorrow.

    Been trying since Monday but unable to change it......
