Do I need more food?

I have all of a sudden hit a plateau and haven't lost any weight in over a week. This happens, but normally it doesn't happen this quickly for me. I have spoken with my trainer and he suggested I am not eating enough. He hasn't seen my daily food logs but he will on Friday, but after I told him my averages he was said one of my issues could definitely be my calorie intake. By no means am I starving myself, in fact I cook dinner almost every night, or eat left overs. I eat snacks and drink water...you know all those things you are supposed to do. However where do I "fit in" these extra calories and is this my issue?

Your diary looks pretty good to me. You do a good job of evenly spacing your calorie intake! I'd listen to your trainer first (since he's the professional) but if it were me (seeing as how I don't have a trainer...) I'd try upping my calorie intake by 100-200 for a week or so and see what happens. That was necessary for me a few months back, and it helped. There's also something called zig-zagging your calorie intake, where you alternate every few days to keep your body guessing. I've never done it, but I'm sure there are plenty of posts here about it, if you use the 'search' feature, or just Google it. Good luck!

This>>> In plus I'd try to lower a little bit the carbs and up the fat and protein to match the total calorie intake.
