I was just thinking about this today at the gym and wondered what everyone else listens too.
Depending on my mood I listen to Ministry of Sound Running Trax -if I feel really pumped.
For something really different tonight I put on Massive Attack and it was really good. Not cos it made me pumped but the tracks are so amazingly intense and well produced that it really takes your mind off what you are doing.
Also cant get enough of SBTRKT at the moment. Really great to listen to working out. I did a 45 minute bike ride round the lake with that in my hed-very cool stuff!
Also for some reason when I listen to TInie Tempah Miami to IBIZA..I go crazy on the cardio...get so excited.0 -
