Low Calorie Snacks

Options
Hi guys, i find myself loading up on carbs when it comes to snack time, especially after school and after dinner. What are some low calorie options that will keep me full for longer???

    Lean deli meat, low-fat cheese, peanut butter and celery/apple, turkey jerky, Greek yogurt, berries.

    I've found that almonds and protein bars stay with me longer...most of my snacking is due to cravings though (not lack of fullness), so I like to keep special k bars around for sweet cravings, and 100 calorie snack mix around for salty cravings. They usually do the trick! Hope that helps!

    grapes,cheese stick and pretzels
    apples,pnut butter
    veggies and hummus
    pnt butter filled pretzels and a cup of milk
    apples,nuts
    yogurt and fresh fruit
    carrots with lowfat ranch
    peanuts and raisins

    laughing cow light cheese triangles
    apple with some peanut butter
    a banana
    almonds or some trail mix
    dry roasted chick peas
    home made kale chips
    protein shake
    glass of milk

    Low fat dairy is supposed to help fat loss.

    So low-fat yoghurt, ice cream, milk are good options, three times a day :)

    I think pretzels are quite high in calories
