Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do 75 of them.
There is a catch to only doing 75 of them. When you go to do these, get in position holding yourself up on the
edge of the chair and then scoot your feet out until it is hard to hold yourself up. Once you reach that point
that is the point in which your feet should be to do these 75.
Reply back and let me know how it goes for you. This is part of the switch to "quality" not "quantity" that I am implementing.
You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 75 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I have a friend who is a personal trainer at the Y, and she has been helping me for about 2 months with various workouts. We do tricep dips on a step I have here..but when I looked at the video you posted, I thought..wow, that bench is WAY higher..meaning a deeper dip...I'll give it a shot.
Holy macaroni.
It took me 3 different sets to finish them all, but I did it! MUCH better quality dip with the higher bench today! Thanks for posting this!!0 -
