Hi there, I'm a 28 year old male from Sydney, Australia - and before I go further, no I don't normally greet people with g'day! Just thought it'd be a cheesy touch seeing as I'm from down under!

For those that have clicked ahead to my profile and had a quick peek will see that I'm a bit of a basketball fan and ultimately my goal is to get back to my highschool/uni physique (or at least as close to as possible!) so I can continue to enjoy playing the game I love!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and will be sure to browse the forums for good tips and hopefully share some success with the many people of this site
