    Hi! I'm in Dorset - I've been on here for the last 3 weeks or so. Lost about half a stone so far. So easy and eye opening as it's not a dicated diet. It's ME making MY OWN choices about what I eat! I didn't lose last week (but didn't put on either) so I'm guessing I'm down to the long-sitting stubborn fat and calories! I just need to stick with it though - any encouragement greatly appreciated! Thanks
