Keep it, or chop it?

I have long hair now, and have been feeling the need to do something with it. I like this long bob below. Just looking for some thoughts. Think this would look good? Or should I keep the long hair? (and I know it's my hair, just looking to get some feedback)

Love the long bob...I say CHOP!0
-
It will grow back and change is good.0

That hairstyle is super cute and easy to manage.... go for it.
Just don't go too short. You can always go shorter, but you can't put it back on.0 -
Chop away!0

Hard to really tell if it's for you, as your profile doesn't really have a good face pic of ya. However, I just chopped all of mine off on Friday, something I've always wanted to do but haven't had the courage. I love it to death. Even if the cut isn't exactly what I had in mind, I love having it shorter. And the bob you have pictured isn't really short, you can still pull it back and it won't go through awkward growing out phases if you don't like it.
Do it!0 -
I'm in the same boat! Once I reach my next goal, I'm going to chop mine and do a medium length angled bob. So of course, I say DO IT! A fresh look is always a lot of fun
my only worry with cutting my hair that short is that I won't be able to really pull it all back for my workouts - and I get sweeeaaaty, so I need it up out of my way!0 -
i think your face might be too oval shaped for that cut..0

I say go for it! I've had long hair for most of my life, but I love to change it up every now and again and go shorter (usually from waist length to above the shoulder change). It feels lighter and will probably change your whole perspective of your facial features, which can be a very good thing in getting to know yourself better. Good idea to keep it long enough to pull back into a pony, especially if you currently wear your long hair that way. It will be hard to break the habit of keeping stray strands away from your face. And, as always, it will grow back0

Im a sucker for long hair but I think that would look really good on you. Or if you switched it back to red :happy:0

I like the style in the picture you posted, go for it0

That's a good length to grow back out if you aren't happy with it! Looks cute!0

This cosmetologist says, "CHOP IT!!"
When I still worked in the salon, nothing made me happier than getting to make drastic changes.
Also, never used to believe this but, as a natural blonde who just went damn-near-black: It's JUST hair. )0 -
I think it'll probably look great on you. A few months ago I did a similar style, went from hair almost to my waist to something similar to the long bob.
I say give it a try.0 -
I just chopped mine uber short and I feel soooo confident and sexy. It is that feeling that motivates me to stick to my healthy life changes. Because if I look this good fat, ohhhh just wait when I lose this first 50. Boom!!! LOL0

you know my exact thoughts on this subject. and let me just add, YOU ARE BEAUTIMOUS no matter what your hair looks like. CHOP AND RED!
yes, caps were necessary.0 -
I like it long, but that cut would probably look good on you too.0

chop!0

I'm right there with you. Getting mine cut next week...It's been long forever, and frankly..I'm working out more, I get really sweaty, and having to deal with this much hair, every day..washing, drying is just a big pain in the butt. I think I will likely go somewhat shorter the first time...and then go really short. It's a nervy thing....0

I had really long hair and cut it all of this past fall, I loved it......
Then... I started working out..and what a PITA short hair is, my bangs are always in my face, sometimes forget to bring my head band to the gym, the sides of my hair won't go up into the band or a pony tail, and of course the hair at my neck is constantly dripping wet and I can barely get it up into a ponytail, when I do it's like 1" long....pitiful
I am growing it out and I am missing my pony tail ALOT since I now sweat everyday for a hour..... hindsight being 20/20, ponytails are invaluable when it comes to exercise....0 -
I kind of sort of have the long bob now and I'm starting to love it!!!! I asked the girl to cut 3 inches, she cut around 8 and I'm slowly beginning to love her for it. I say chop it!!! If you don't like it, don't do it again after it grows out.0

Chop it! It's hair. It'll grow back...
I went from mid-back length hair to shoulder length hair this summer.... and everyone loves my new hair cut. I do too. Makes me feel sassy. ;o)0 -
The new cut would look good on you. I have an oval face and have had that cut before and it's cute!0
-
Chop it! It's only hair and it'll grow back if you don't like it. But honestly, that isn't much different than what you have - you will still have long hair. Go for it!0
-
I'm all for chopping hair.. I recently went natural.. best thing I've ever done for my hair..0

Actually, hair will grow back. I once shaved my head completely. Today it is down to my shoulders again, so I am speaking from experience.0 -
Chop it girl! I love the bob style (I've had one myself a year ago) and it's super easy
I've now gone to a pixie cut, and i love it even more!
Keep it red though - rawr!0 -
chop it. That's the cool thing about hair......it grows back!0

The pic I have up cuts off my hair- its actually chest length, or mid-way down my back if that paints a better picture.0 -
Go with the bob. Sometimes change can be good and I think it would look good on you.0
