Finally got there....

I spent the past month and a half working out super hard and then last night at the gym, I finally got there.

RESISTANCE FREE PULL UPS!

when I was in HS I could do like 20-30 of this but now I couldn't do any without resistance and then last night I banged out 2 of em :)

I started with a 50lb resistance and just kept working hard and not caring who saw me and well that has paid off -- Happy Thursday!

    That is awesome. Doing resistance free pullups is one of my goals.

    Woohoo! That's my goal, too. I started with 70# assistance, and I'm down to 10#. I figure if I didn't have a head, I could do a real pull-up. :laugh:
