Thought it would be a cool idea to see what other people's "Most Used" foods are when adding food to your food diary.

My #1 food most used is Peanut Butter followed by Wheat bread, bananas.

So, what is your top three most used food? Share with us...so we can get some new ideas!!

    I would have to say yogurt, oatmeal and chicken for me- I have yogurt and oatmeal every morning during the week- weekends are different- eggs or toast w/ peanut butter.

    The top three in my "Most Used --> All Meals":

    1. Coffee - Brewed from Grounds
    2. Milk - Nonfat (Fat Free or skim)
    3. Bananas

    I eat almost the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day, so I just copy the prior day's foods. For dinner it's vodka, because I like a cocktail every night.

    I eat yogurt a lot too...but for some reason it's not on my list for the most used...I guess because I get different brands of yogurt depending on what's on sale and what store I am at!!

    fat free half and half
    skim milk.

    Yes. It is a hot salsa, but a lot lower in sodium than most (95 mg/serving). I get it at Wal-Mart, actually, although I have also seen it at Sprouts and other whole foods stores for significantly more $$$

    #3 is Eas Carb Control Rich Dark Chocolate Protein Drink (easy breakfast on the go)
