Any specific muscle you don't work?

Do you have any muscle or muscles you don't work because no matter what it will always grow more than any other muscle in your body?

In my case is the trapezius. If only my biceps would grow as much as the trapezius grow even when I don't directly work them out, it would be heave for me.

I try to activate my glutes before most training sessions because after ballet for years my quads try to take over EVERYTHING! result, I call them Canadian mountie legs because the muscle is shaped like that - hate it.
  • My right trap because it's 2x the size of my left from carrying my son. I look like I have scoliosis when I flex because it's so uneven.

I neglect neck, knowing I should hit it, but don't.
I am going to do it RIGHT NOW!

    My calves! I hate them!

My mother said I was born with well developed calf muscles. I've lost many inches from every part of my body except for my calves. There's very little fat over them if any. Can't pinch anything. I walk a lot out of necessity and that probably why they're so developed. They're now 14.5" (they were 16"), which is too large for most boots.

I just want nice boots!

Also, they make me self concious. Yes, I know muscle isn't fat but I feel like they make my legs look fat.
  • Quads. They're always firm and nice from riding my horses, so I never, ever work them out. I wish my hamstrings and glutes were the same way *sigh*
  • It sounds horrible but I don't work out my arms and shoulders until like 1 month before a PT test, then I do, because i have such huge arm muscles for a woman. And they develop quick too. I hate my "manly" looking arms.

BTW: Nice muscular legs are super sexy at least that's what I think. What I dislike are chicken legs, on men or women. They belong on chickens not people. But I know some people can't help it.

My abs. I know a strong core is good, but I hate ab workouts and probably have about 120lbs to lose before seeing any sort of definition so I'll get to them later down the road.

Also my calves, they are giant and strong already from carrying me :(
  • Despite my best efforts, I find it almost impossible to work the neck/shoulder connecting muscles to my satisfaction. Stop being so awkward unknown-named muscles! XO

Ditto. I hate the way my neck feels after I work it out, so I generally don't lol.

I'm guessing you're referring to the traps lol

I suppose so, it's been 5+ years since I took my anatomy/physiology class and I don't remember the names of even 1/3 of the body's muscles. XO
