Hi,

Just ordered 30ds from amazon, and was hoping someone can tell me if I need any other equipment before it arrives. Want to be ready, raring to go!!!!

    Hi! You just need hand weights and a mat for a hard surface. I just do it on my living room carpet. Good luck!

    You will need dumbbells between 3-5 lbs, and a mat if you are doing it on a hard surface. Thats it. I love 30DS. Good luck!! :flowerforyou:

    you need a set of hand weights and a floor mat, like a yoga mat. Good luck.
