Its a dvd from Jillian Michaels who does biggest loser USA
She really works you for 20 minutes and you will be sweating by the end of it but it really helps with your figure. Its split up into 3 levels most people do 10 days level 1, 10 days level 2 and 10 days level 3

I started this dvd like 3 days ago, u really work up a sweat but you just have to push through its only 20mins and from the results ive seen it motivates you even more! took my before pics and measurements so roll on 27 days !!!! Deffo worth a buy its only 4.99 from Play.com if ur from the UK ... xxx0

but do u need dumbells kettelbells netin 2 wrk out with
plus should u follow a certain diet with it ????

I've just bought this DVD on Amazon for £5.00. Ive had lots of people recomend it to me. The only thing i didn't ask is do you need loads of room to do it in? When all these celebs make these DVD's i think they forget most of us live in average size houses and don't have big rooms to do them in0

You need hand weights, I use weight balls cos I prefer them. I love this DVD!0

Jillian Michaels will work your butt off!!! I have the "Ripped in 30" one. She is so motivating. I really like how she shows modifications for beginners and people who cannot always perform the same moves as the really fit people!0

I love the 30 day shred. I'm on day 11, and started level 2 today. I wanted to spend 10 days for each level. Workout one was amazing. I loved it. It was tough, but I found I could keep up most days. Level 2 kicked my butt today! Just stick through it! I know it's going to pay off. I have also been searching result pics, and it's extremely motivating. I'm only using 3 pound weights.0
