Quick Foods to eat

I need some quick food ideas to eat for breakfast, lunch and supper.....I am very picky about food....HELP!

    I like grab-and-go breakfasts because I get up early and don't eat before I leave the house. Some ideas that I use:
    - yougurt cup
    - pre-measured out nuts (almonds or pecans or walnuts or sunflower seeds) in 1 oz ziplock baggies
    - can of tomato juice
    - slice of cheese (I don't like cheese sticks -- too salty. I put 1 oz slice in baggie the night before)
    - any fruit (ultimate easy!)
    - hard boiled egg (or deviled egg)

    The key is pre-planning, don't you think?
