My hubby is going out of town in a few days over night and when I am alone at night thats when I like to eat. I'm afraid of going overboard when no one is around to hold me accountable. Any advice?

I'm in the same boat and it totally sucks! My boyfriend's flight lands late tonight so I'm almost through it without a big splurge. I made a big pot of chicken noodle soup last Saturday so I could have quick easy leftovers. I'm also making myself get an extra workout in since sitting home alone is kind of lame anyways (who am I kidding it's also because I'm caught up on all the shows I watch on hulu
).
