Hi I am Pam. I am a Nonna to 3 sweet grandchildren and soon to have a 4th in June. My husband and I pastor a church in KY. Looking for friends on here for some support. Thanks bunches

    Hi Pam. Congrats on your upcoming grandbaby! I'm fairly new here and am looking for support as well. I live in Western New York and am a new empty-nester, single mom, state employed psychologist working with the developmentally delayed population.

    Hi my name is Anandika and I've been struggling with weight loss for over 10 years. Looking for some support. Been feeling really run down since I can't seem to stick with any diets out there. Even when it works... I loose about 10 lbs and then I gain it back within a month. I don't know what I can do to help motivate me.
