Maple Syrup Producers

It's sugaring season! I love this time of year! Maple sugar is one of my favorite things and I'm trying so hard to not over do it. Anyone else working a sugarbush this winter?

    Not working at one but I love maple syrup! There are some local producers around me so at least I am close to the source! I can't fathom how people can stomach the fake syrup, it doesn't come close to pure mapley goodness!

    The fake stuff definitely doesn't cut it once you've had the real stuff. I feel like its oozing out of me by the end of the season.
