Also a good one. You have a bottle at home? What age?0 -
I agree on the Glenlivet.
I'm more of a bourbon man myself. Like Knob Hill, or Bulliet.
I'm personally trying to cut down on my beer. Every night I was coming in good on the cals, but then going over with 3-4 beers. Staying under now, but it took an adjustment.0 -
I am a scotch fan, but pretty much cutting it out for now. I love 18yr Macallan, 15yr Lagavulin, and 12yr Ardbeg.0

I'm a big craft beer fan, but can't drink too much anymore. I think that drinking a lot of it helped keep me big. But still have one every once in a while.
I've never really been a big fan of bourbon.0 -

My wife has promised me an 18yr Macallan for my birthday.0 -

Double-sided Scotch. You can use it for sticking almost anything together!0

Some of my best friends are Scottish . . . :drinker:0

Scotch is my drink of choice.
I prefer blends. Johnnie Walker red or Pinch.
But I gave a bottle of Macallan 12yo and a bottle of Glenlivet.
I think I prefer the Glenlivet.
I had a glass of each neat last night.
I was still 100 under daily calorie allowance but would have been 400 under.0 -
being Irish, i tend to buy Irish Whiskey, but my favourite Scotch Whisky is Caol Ila 9 year old
Single Barrel from the isle of Islay0 -
got some glenmorangie (spelling could be off here) for a gift. awesome stuff!

I'm a single malt lover. Lately, I've been favoring Scapa. My regular fallback is Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban. I have a bottle of Glenfidich Snow Pheonix that I will open on an upcoming special occasion.0

Lagavulin 16 year when I want something smokey and if I could afford to drink it every day "Scott's North of Scotland 1964". So, so good. I prefer craft beers though (I've reviewedover 700).0

My personal favorites are Laphroaig (10yr) and Bunnahabhain (12 yr) single malts. I've had plenty of Glenlivet, but one day it just got bland & boring, had to go peaty and smokey.
Scotch is a great weight-loss drink, it's only ~100 calories per shot0
