Running breakthrough

I had a personal breakthrough today: crushed a 7 mile run in 59:33. That is by far a record for me since getting heavy.
It was made possible by being 10 pounds lighter (Since Jan 9th of this year), and eating right.

And of course with the support of friends I have on MFP (both of them)! Thanks fellas.

Lighter is definitely faster.

    Nice job!! Holy cow, that's really really good. I just ran 6.5 tonight and I was no where near that time. Good for you!!
