Down 40 pounds...didn't see any difference...

...until I found this old pic...and compared it to the one I took in the dressing room mirror because I hate posing for someone else to take it.

I seriously thought I looked the same except for less chins...but when I see these pics side by side, I know everyone isn't lying to me!

Almost halfway...and since so many other people's photos of before/during keep me inspired to keep on track, I thought I would share as well...this is a big thing if you know how much I hate all photos of myself and I still see an incredibly fat person in the mirror. But now I see a little progress...so maybe I can fix my head as well as my size?? :)

(I am 5'8.5" by the way...and 37)

    The difference in your face is amazing. It may harder for you to see b/c one pic is summer clothes and the other one is baggy winter clothes and stripes. I can see a big difference- keep up the great work!

    I see the difference in your upper waist and arms...as well as your face! Self image is the toughest thing to change...but it is possible. I agree with skinnjeans12, find the summer outfit and see the changes.
