I am going on a Hawaiian Cruise in April !!! Need advice

I would like to be a size 6 by then so that I can go bikini shopping! Most of my clothes are too big and I am only half way to my weight loss goal! We have a gym at our home with lots of equipment but I work from home too so I tend to get so wrapped up on the phone with clients that I put off my workouts because before I know it, it is late into the evening. I have 15 awesome excercise videos, a WII so I have everything that I need. I just need more time! I also have 2 teenage boys so I try to spend some time with them and my husband in the evenings.

I am NOT a morning person because I stay up late every night unable to fall asleep, I have tried everything but I can not fall asleep until Midnight-3 am. I can not shut off my brain, but once I am a sleep I am out for 7-9 hours. So I end up getting up late and playing catch up all day. My clients know I work late into the evening and tend to call me after 10am so that is not a problem. I do have a gym membership but I have to drive 20 minutes to get there and I have everything here that they have there to work out with.

Is there anyone else out there with a similair circumstance? If so what do you do to balance everything? Right now I have been managing 3 workout days a week but I need to step it up to 5 days a week to acheive the calorie burn that I need.

    Honestly, you need to make working out part of your day. Don't fit it in, just make it part of your routine. I started getting up half an hour earlier in the mornings and streamlined things a bit so I have time to work out before work. Monday through Friday it's not a question of if I'm going to work out, it's more of a question of how hard I'm going to work out. You need to make a commitment and stick to it. No one else can do it for you. Good luck and enjoy your cruise.
