This recipe is from Cooking Light Magazine. It's tasty and easy, so I wanted to share it!

* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
* 2 teaspoons ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
* cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat broiler. Mix ingredients, sprinkle on top of fish, place fish on prepared pan. Broil for abt 5 minutes until flaky.
