Hey guys,
I've been wondering how can I improve my ability to lift better with my left arm. I lift 30lb dumbbells and well, I tend to fail faster on my left arm than my right.
Any ideas? I am sure alot of you might have gone through the same when you started lifting...

I would do extra with just my left arm. I didn't really have that problum but I've been lifting my bookbag (about fifty pounds) and my purse (10+ pounds) for the past four years four days a week so it' kept them pretty even in what they could lift. I don't use the bumbbells very often though, and the 15lbs that I have at home are a little to heavy for me yet.0
