post a picture of a "friend" as your main profile picture? Or, do you find that to be creepy? If someone did that to you, how would you handle the situation?

    ok, so for instance, you are you (the lady) and a guy friend uses a picture of you as HIS main picture, because he thinks your gorgeous and he KNOWS you are married... what do you do?

    sometimes I'll post a picture of me and a friend as my profile pic ... or I was thinking of posting a picture of a face painting i did on a friend as a profile pic.. but thats different, thats showing my art.....

    right? I'm not flattered. I'm creeped out... I was flattered when my husband took the pictures as a photo shoot and for my competition and posted them. This is.... weird.

    ok, thanks to a friend, who told him it was creepy, he was offended, but he removed my picture and responded to her with "most people would be flattered..." um..... not really. Or, I'm not most people. So, case closed. Thanks for letting me rant!

    that's when it pays to have MFP friends who are also FB friends, because I ranted on my wall here on MFP and she went to FB and had a few things to say, so what I wanted to say, she did, instead. I didn't even ask her to.

    That is DEFINITELY creepy and I would DEFINITELY rip him a new one. Flattering my *kitten*.

    My mom's profile pic is of her AND dad, but that's very, very different. Mine was going to be one of my paintings or digital art things (therefore be of someone else, or more specifically, a horse that isn't mine) but that is also very, very different.

    ya, my husband is of the 2 of us and I've done the group of friends or 2 friends pics or my kids and I, etc., but never of someone from high school from their photo albums. My friend called him a stalker and he changed it, though. Thankfully. I can see your artwork, even if it was a photograph, because that would be your work you were displaying, but these were my husband's work this guy displayed.

    but, right now Tracy's ripping him a new one, and its funny as Hell (oh, he changed the picture when she called him creepy stalker dude). This is like comedy central on my wall and I'm not even involved.

    Like others have said creepy and I can't believe he got offend when he got asked to take it down. Them some f'uped people there. And I think flabergasted is the word of the day lol
