I was wondering if anyone has tried this wu-yi tea stuff. I've been seeing it everywhere and was thinking about trying it, but wanted to see if anyone has tried it, liked it, hated it, etc.

Either kind of Tea, Black, White or Green is good for you because of the Flavonoids. Green Tea has the EGCGs that may be beneficial in weight loss. I've tried some the funny name Teas and they are definetly an acquired taste. When the "Okinawan Tea" was suppose to be the best, I researched it. It isn't grown in Japan at all, but in China. It's actaully Jasmine Tea and has a very strong flavor.
What am I saying? Be careful of paying extra money for a "name" when most of these Teas are same. They're grown in different regions, hence the different names. Focus on the benefit of consuming the Tea itself, Longevity and weight loss!!0 -
Also, check the ingredients list of any tea touting weight loss.
Many of them contain natural, yet very strong laxatives (senna leaf is a common one). Make sure you're just drinking TEA, without other ingredients.0 -
