fruit: any kind of apple! or banana
veggie: broccoli or (uncooked) baby carrots. or cauliflower
something that I've tried thats really good in the mornings is slicing a banana up, sprinkling with cinnamon and a little milk and microwaving (after 40ish seconds, take out, stir, and reheat again). The banana is full of potassium and good vitamins, the milk (skim) is a good source of protein, and the cinnamon helps regulate your blood sugar for longer. and who doesn't like something warm to start the morning off with?0 -
