    The maintenance guy working on the empty apartment next to ours, and my upstairs neighbors thinking we're making the noise, so they are stomping and slamming doors like crazy to retaliate against me. Glad I'm being quiet. Too much more noise and I'd scream.

    the annoying fan that is connected to our office furnace. They all seem to think it is funny that it was installed directly above me. Try talking on the phone when that thing is on.
