Hello all,
First let me say - I LOVE breakfast. And I love a nice big glass of OJ with my eggs (ok 1 egg and 1 egg white on an english muffin) in the morning. The thing thats killing me is that 1 glass is as many calories as the rest of the meal I'm eating. Just curious if anyone else has any options?

Try infused water; you can make your own, and it has a nice fresh taste for very few calories.0

I am so with you, I miss orange juice so much, big tall glasses of it but now I have coffee, plain, or just water with my eggs.0

Half juice-half water? That way you get your juice but not so many calories!0

Would definitely have to go with the suggestion to make your own. Then, you are only dealing with the natural sugars in the fruit and/or veggies you use, and not added junk. You would be surprised how many recipes are out there, and there are even some targeted to certain things...like if it is cold season and you want a little extra immunity boost.0
