Hi guys,

I'm wondering if any one is taking any fat burner to accelerate the process of weight loss, so if you take any could you please tell us about your experience???

Thanks in advance

  • My 2 cents worth: DON'T TAKE THEM!! They are dangerous and can mess up with your hormones, your heart and your brain. I suffered from anxiety for 2 entire years after using them for only four months. There is nothing that can't be done with proper diet and exercise!

I tried some once. Just made me jittery and anxious. Not a great idea.

Lots of cardio works far better!

Personally I don't think they are worth it. Too damaging to most people's bodies and hearts.
  • if you are dead set on a fat burner id say to go for something more natural thats more of an aid, for example CLA or green tea extract...
  • Damn, is it diet pill day? Did I miss the memo?

It wont help. You may lose weight but it will all come back, this is me talking from experience. Try some green tea pills

If you want to burn fat, you need more muscle. So concentrate on building lean muscle mass which means eating at maintenance or a very low deficit and lifting heavy.
  • Fat burners are just an overload of caffeine to give you extra energy so you can train harder, you're better off having an espresso before working out.

The only true fat burner is muscle. Build more muscle, boost your metabolism. Anything else is clever marketing that, by reading these boards, apparently works.
