as long as you are hydrated and eat your calories, why not!!:flowerforyou:
My only issue with exercising so much is that for ME I would burn out really quickly.
I have exercised 3-4 days a week for 20-60 minutes (upping as my weight went down)
Right now I am looking to work out each day for 60 minutes. If I do 20 in the morning, then I do 40 at night.
Have fun!:flowerforyou:0 -
It's absolutely safe PROVIDED you're in respectable shape to DO it and not OVERDO it.
The key to not getting burned out, if you're gonna do "two a days" is to make sure they are different. Don't do the same thing in the morning as you do in the afternoon. For instance, do aerobics in the morning and walk in the afternoon, or swim in the morning and do yoga in the afternoon. Vary your program so you stay interested....0 -

Lately I have been doing 30-40 minutes at 5am at the gym, go to work and then after work, back at the gym again for another 45-60 minutes. I've been feeling great. I'll eat a small banana before the 5am session and eat dinner after my night session. I've experienced no problems yet.0
