    Mine is public and pretty hardcore healthy, you are welcome to look though lol. Losing 1.5 - 2 lbs a week so far.

    mine is open- I'm in learning mode so mine is pretty boring. Been printing recipes though from here so I can get better tasting stuff but still good for me.

    Aw, I love looking at food diaries. I'd be sad if I couldn't see my friends' diaries. It gives me great food ideas and I like being involved in their weight loss by being able to congratulate them on good decision days. Anyway, mine is either public or friends only, if you'd like to add me.

    feel free to add me as a friend..mine is probably one of the most honest..if i eat pizza..im gonna log it..like today..was a really bad fat and sugar and sodium day..but we have 2 birthday parties in 2 days..and our little "weight loss" club figures we will live it up and then burn it off!

    I don't see a thing wrong with your entries for today.....you are within your calories, everything looks delicious and you started your day with Timmy Hoes...................we live in Florida and bring back cans and cans of it when we go back to Buffalo:)
