One Month Down, Many More to Go!

It has been one month since I started on my healthier lifestyle.
I have been eating no more than 1400 calories which is a 1000 calorie deficit
Also I have been walking as exersize, but not as much as I should. I need to excersize more so I can keep having good results each month.
So anyways it has been one month and so far I have lost 10 pounds! Im happy with this and hope to lose 5-10 pounds each month.
10 pounds down, 90 to go!
