- I love love Luna Bars and Protein Luna Bars. Try the different flavors. My favorite is the Carmel Nut Brownie.
- Also, Trader Joe's (maybe they have it in your area) has bags of 'Just a handful' of almonds and they really help your cravings.

The only downfall to nuts is stopping! I keep a small baggie with raw almonds in my car for those suddenly starving and have to get somewhere moments. Being hungry is bad for diets! Just 5 almonds and I am good to go for an hour or so.
Red yellow or orange bell peper slices. I know this is goofy but I always hated the green ones. The others are sweeter. They are also amazing for dipping in hummas. (Hummas is another one of those hard to eat just 2 Tablespoons foods)
My new passion is dried cherries. Sometimes I will eat a handful with a gharadelli dark chocolate square as a dessert. Yum
Lots of great ideas. Have not done the frozen banana in years. Love them! Cold and creamy.0
