hi all,
I'm trying to figure out how to calc the calories in a breakfast smoothie I sometimes make.
It consists of:
1 packet carnation instant breakfast
1 Greek yogurt honey flavor
1-1/2 cup of frozen fruit (strawberry, mango, peach, pineapple blend)
1 banana
After blended it ends up being about 32 oz, I drink about 16.
How do I get a close calc of the calories, protein, carbs etc?

Enter each ingrediant individually... OR, if you make it frequently, make a recipe with it. Click on FOOD, then Recipe. Enter a new recipe, add each ingrediant. Then each day all you have to do is add the recipe as your breakfast.0

I just figure mine ingredient by ingredient. I know my protein powder is 90 calories. My fruit is about 50, almond milk is 90,etc. I use commonly known ingredients that are found in the food list on MFP so it track nutrients, etc for me.0
