Yes...it's Friday. :wink:

So I finally got myself one of those shaker cups with the mixing ball inside - the ones you use to mix protein powder and liquid. $8 for that little cup...and one of the best investments I've made for awhile. It works superbly - much better than mixing by hand with a spoon.

    You can get 'em a lot of different places, I got mine in the place where I bought my protein powder.

    That's the exact one I have...I have the smaller size though. I should probably invest in a larger one at some point.
