NSV - Family trip to the pool

Today I took my kids to the pool for the first time since I decided to make this change in my life.

Last time I wore a tank top over my bikini (I wear the bikini to make feeding my baby easier, but didn't want everyone seeing all of me).

This time I was 19lbs lighter and I wore the same bikini sans tank top....and I felt COMFORTABLE if not almost confident. I wasn't trying to "hide out" under the water. I walked around and played with my kids. I didn't care who was looking. It felt great, the confidence and the bikini fit ;)

    Awesome! I hope to be that way someday with tank tops. I hate my arms and always wear t-shirts, even when super hot out.
