Hiya (me again lol) I have been maintaining my weight for a wk and done a weekly weigh in as normal my weight had stayed the same but my bmi had dropped from 23.11 to 23.3 (I think lol) is it normal for bmi to still slowly drop while maintaining?

BMI is measured using height an weight plugged into a formula.
( Weight in Pounds / ( Height in inches x Height in inches ) ) x 703
If both values remain the same, the BMI will not change. How are you figuring your BMI?0 -
Wii fit, I know its not the most accurate lol.0

Unless you somehow got shorter, your wii must have measured you as heavier (but only marginally so). Your maintenance weight will fluctuate depending on your body & what's in it. I know that I'm anywhere between 170 and 175 on a given day.0

There's your answer! BMI is based on your height and weight. If either of these changes, then your bmi will change. But if you're the same height and weight, then your bmi is the same.0

Also, a difference of .1 on your bmi could be explained by you wearing a sweater of drinking a full glass of water before you stepped on.0
